 Experience

Executive Director at Moldovan Helsinki Committee for Human Rights

 October 2006 – present

·        To ensure the connection between MHC’s Executive and Council of Administration;

·        To elaborate (together with the Executive) the draft of Strategic Plan, modifications to it and to present it for the Council of Administration;

·        Responsible for good organization of the Executive for successfully implement the Strategic Plan and other MHC’s activities (besides those which are competent for the President, Council of Administration and General Assembly);

·        to administrate the financial activity accordingly to the donor’s requirements, MHC’s Statute and in force national legislation;

·        to administrate the human resources and materials of MHC;

·         to elaborate (together with the Executive) executive reports of MHC and to offer them for Council of Administration for approval, same as reports on human rights situation and good governance in the Republic of Moldova;

·         To look for (together with the Executive) funds and resources for continuous development of MHC.
