Moldovan Helsinki Commitee is  organizing a study visit in Romania, during the period July 9-13, within the project "Mental    

Health".

The aim of the visit is to take over the experiences of Romanian in protecting and promoting human rights and fudnamental

freedoms of the hospitalized persons with mental disorders. 

Within the visit there will be visited psychiatry hospitals from Suceava district, social centers, centers for children and for elders

with mental disorders, and the same time will be organized meetings with representatives of local authorities and representatives of

Prosecutor's Office. 

The visiting team includes representatives of Ministry of Social Protection, Family and Child, Ministry of Health, General

Prosecutor's Office, representatives of psychiatry hospitals, representatives of psycho-neurological  boarding-houses.
